Each year the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group hosts a neighborhood-wide house and community tour to show off the warmth of the community, the richness and character of the architecture, the beauty of the community gardens and green spaces, and the dynamic revitalization in progress! 

 

With the aid of a tour booklet, this go-at-your-own-pace, self-guided tour provides visitors, friends of the community and residents of Old North with up-close views of the award-winning revitalization in progress. More than a dozen stops on the tour will feature beautifully restored, historic homes; a green home with hay bale insulation; houses in the midst of rehab; apartments in buildings that once had been severely dilapidated, crumbling and abandoned; an urban farm, neighborhood gardens; and much more.

 

This amazing opportunity will again coincide with the Fling, giving shoppers a chance to take a break from shopping and explore the surrounding neighborhood!
